This guide is for the people who keep the platform alive: researchers who upload resources and papers for their institution, reviewers who approve and publish them, and the platform administrators. No development skills required: everything is done from the web admin panel.

What's inside
The manual is a sequence of short, task-oriented chapters. To upload a resource go straight to chapter 6; for a paper with a DOI, chapter 7 takes three steps. Read chapters 1–5 first if it's your first time on the admin panel.
